    Simple effective and minimum mess and effort! I’ve tried in the past to make rock salt candles using water and oil in jars from other KZreads as they look really nice. End result….. messy as heck time consuming and… well. If you get the mix wrong the end result goes in bin. This is the quickest and easiest way to sent ones home with added bonus of gift ideas for family and friends. Thank you 🙏

  • @SoapSchoolUK

    @SoapSchoolUK

    The essential oils would generally scorch if used directly. This can alter the scent but the salt absorbs the oil and it diffuses more gently :). Many years ago people would add the oil to water above a tealight but it isn't as strong as this method for me

    How long can I burn it? Will it get roasted? I suppose you replace it when there is no more smell. Can we reuse the burnt salt and add essential oil for next use? Sorry for the list of questions. Thanks in advance.
