I LOVED LOVED LOVED the fairy shoes made by @dressmeupscotty so much I decided to make my own fairy shoes (and a sneak peek at my next cosplay, GUESS WHO!) I used a pair of shoes from Amazon (linked in my Amazon storefront) and a little bottle of @tulip soft matte paint. I removed the lace up cords and started painting! It took about two coats of paint and dried pretty smooth. Once I finished painting the shoes I taped the edges of my leaf ribbon and threaded it through the holes to act as laces. THEN came the fun part, I just started decorating. I wanted the shoes to feel like my fairy just walked through the flowers and they clung to her shoes. What do you think?
