In this video, Hunter Zeigler of Recruit Creative Co. walks you through the process from field to table of an entire elk. The boys carried this one 12 miles off of public land and straight into a 120 Qt. Cooler for the long trek back to Illinois. This video proves that you don't need to have thousands of dollars in processing equipment to do this yourself. Hunter, along with some help of others produced around 100 lbs of Elk Burger, Elk Steaks and Elk tenderloin. Share your favorite Elk recipes with us!
