Can you please tell me how to find a frame that will hold up under the pressure? Maybe I didn't get my flowers pressed flat enough but one of the pieces of glass, in my frame, cracked due to the pressure of how tight it was. Also, my frame was the type where you slide the whole thing into a groove. Perhaps it worked better for you since you screw down all 4 corners which would control the amount of pressure on the glass. Hmmmm...

Oh wow! Yes, I would try a different frame, one like the one in the video, or ones with the tabs in the back! If those don't work! I would try a shadow box, as those have more depth!

Like how long it will last? I think a lifetime!
Hi Vanessa! I’m going to be out of town for two weeks a day after the wedding but would really love to press and frame my bouquet. If the paper is not changed a week in, do you think it’s possible for the same results to be yielded?

Hi Bri! Congratulations on your engagement! Ohh, I don’t know! I’ve never left it for two weeks without changing the paper! Do you have a friend or family member that can change it? If you don’t mind the risk of potentially losing them, I’d say give it a go! Maybe add more sheets of paper and cardboard. Some companies offer a pressing service if you don’t want to take that risk.
Is it too late if it’s been a week since your wedding? I had a destination wedding and I was able to do it right away.

It’s a little late! But if they’ve been in water and the shade you should still try! The colours may be not as vivid but it’s worth a try 😊 let me know how it goes!
Do the flowers turn brown after a while?
@VanessaCreates
Жыл бұрын
No! The pressing process will preserve the colour ☺️
What kind of white paper is that?
@VanessaCreates
Жыл бұрын
The paper I used to pressed the flowers with, is just regular white printer paper. The paper I used for the frame is poster board 😊
Does not it fungi? After a while
@VanessaCreates
Жыл бұрын
No! Because it's pressed, all the water is squeezed out of it! It would only mold if you didn't press it for long enough and moisture was still in the flower :)
Could you have just decoupage them on?

I think so! I should experiment with that!
Price please?

For the end product or for all the supplies? The frame, I got a thrift store so that was a few dollars. Everything else I had on hand.
what size is that frame
