You can save a lot of money on delivery by purchasing our ovens partly assembled. Partly assembled ovens are delivered in carton boxes instead of palletes which makes delivery costs a few times lower.
A whole assembly process takes just 45 minutes and requires to screw-in 122 screws. All the wiring is already assembled by us.

Nordic Pulver powder coating oven has been designed, manufactured and built in Lithuania, Europe. This powder coating oven with 1300W electric heater reaches 180°C (cure temperature for most powders) in 15 minutes and is capable to reach up to 220°C (temperature used for outgassing). Oven is made out of high quality laser cut galvanized steel sheets packed with 30mm thick high density Rockwool insulation (equivalent to regular 60mm thick insulation). Internal sufaces of the oven are covered in thin aluminium sheets to lower heating up time. The temperature can be controlled using analog thermostat controller and can be set between 0°C - 220°C by a user. It has indicator lamps, which tell when the oven has reached a set temperature.

Furthermore, if in the future you will find yourself wanting to powder coat bigger and bigger parts that do not fit inside your standard NordicPulver oven you will be able to connect extra sections to your oven and increase the internal height to 114cm / 44.5" (1 extra section) or 174cm / 68.5" (2 extra sections). This means that you will have a much bigger oven without having to purchase a complete new expensive unit. Extra sections will be available soon.

i was expecting it to be taller with a long front door ,,, but it still looks good if you just dont have the time or skill to make your own oven ,,, but at between £600 & £800 on ebay i will just save the cash and have made my own

On issue I have with making my own is a cooker box fitted, I gather this on3 plugs in the mains with a standard plug.
Cant understand how thread connections are made on sheet metal, any ideas guys?

We are using special sheet metal screws. These look similar to wood screws but are designed to tighten multiple sheets of metal together.

No we do not have such an oven at the moment but there are a few ovens from other sellers on ebay that can do 4 wheels at once.

Sure, we use DHL and TNT. Delivery takes less than a week. Note that our ovens are designed to use with 230V single phase electricity and if used with North American standard 110V electricity the heating up time would be four times slower. So you really need 230V single phase electricity available.

@@howardosborne8647 Well I have to say, after almost a year of intense you tube viewing (lockdowns) that this music is actually very tame compared to some of the YT stuff out there. Still, I dont get why YT'ers do this...(add , er......somewhat different music choices). What are they thinking?
