You can wash the rug in a pillow case in cold water on gentle and hang dry and it should wash well.

so darling. endless color scheme possibilities. i like the idea of tying the poms poms rather than glueing. seems simpler and better for environment and safer to wash. now if only there exists a rug pad made of natural materials :)
