You were spot on. Motivation is an elusive unicorn that we think we need to find. I think of motivation like momentum. You just have to get started. Find one small point to start. And like a snowball rolling down a hill, once you start, it’s easier to keep going. We actually don’t need motivation to get motivated.

Regarding motivation to care for plants, I have about 75 house plants that I have the pleasure to care for. There are times when other areas of your life require your time and plant care takes a back seat. What I do that helps me is plan plant care around the time that I’m doing something else I enjoy. For example I take time to care for plants when I’m having my morning coffee or afternoon tea or wine, play music. It doesn’t really feel like work unless I’m doing some heavy lifting. 😊

I’d choose my pothos….not fancy or expensive. It’s my oldest plant and It’s been with me for years. Just Love it

Would love some more pot craft , i find pots quite expensive they look really good

The plant pot you made looks gorgeous. What a perfect way to upgrade with too much cost 🙂. Thank you for the video, your trash plant turning out amazing and thriving too😃. I've made some plant pots from plastic milk bottles/gallons turning them upside down and painting that look like face and stick a few fancy items. Got this ideas from Pinterest. Wish I could show you but I don't have Instagram. You always show amazing plants and tips. Thanks.🤗👍

I agree, I’d have a Monstera Deliciosa if I could only have one…I so love them…they’re sooo eye catching, easy to care for and so beautiful…God really created some beauties…

One plant: Variegated Schleffera OR my Philo. Birkin = no pests, easy care, colors are beautiful, and ever-growers that are so glossy and bushy. Surprised you don't underwater as that is my go to asking with globe watering. Find it cuts down on pests and can skip juuuusst a little bit when not in the mood. Love the vid and pot crafts but my aesthetic is too matchie, so white planters and wood (painted or real) are my go to.

Quick question...I love idea of prettying up nursery pots...do you do anything with the trays/dishes? x

Thank you! Yeah so for my bigger plants I use white plastic plates (off Amazon) and ones with drainage trays already I've been taking off, decorating and then spray-painting white. I also did a separate removable drainage tray for a few (my lepismium behind me for example) x
