I love Green Tea. It does give me energy. And for Women it does help with PMS symptoms...I never thought of using it as a facial spray. My Face does get dry. ☺️ I love it on Ice. No Sugars. You have convinced me to try it. ☺️ Hmm. I wonder if you could do that with other Teas? Like Mint Teas. I use Bigelow Teas.

👍🏼 great! I make a toner throw a green tea bag in some witch hazel. It prevents it from spoiling and it’s great for skin too.

Could you replace rice water for essence spray?

Hi! i tried this with my favorite green tea and I really like it, your right it does have a calming effect on my acne and I like it more than my mario badescu face mist especially because I know there are no bad chemicals in it...but I have a question...It's not very moisturizing? Should I use my daily moisturizer too, will it still work if i do?

Definitely use your daily moisturizer as well, the mist isn't meant to be moisturizing, just meant to help soothe the skin. It will still work if you use a moisturizer :)

Chemicals which is what big companies use so if you're making your own its fresh so a week at tops stored in fridge preferably

I made a green tea-teatree oil spray and my pimples I couldn't get rid of on the right side of my cheeks DISAPPEARED !! A few days later I stopped using it and I totally broke out all over my face with little pimples and whiteheads oml Don't know if I broke out due to my period or because I stopped using the spray so I just made a new one and I'm gonna come back if the green tea spray really made my skin better ~~~

I keep it on my desk all day :) I pour any extra into the sink at the end of the day & make a new one the next day to prevent bacteria from growing.

I read on a professional site Paula's Choice that you spray it on after you wash your face as its a toner then you moisturise to lock in the moisture from the facial spray, you can spray more anytime even after make up as a setting spray hope that helps 👍

Oh and leave it on of course in the day only wash your face at night apply everything you need to apple couple hours before bed so all the esential products like retinol, BHA, moisturiser dries in your skin and not on your pillow

Where did you hear that it would lead to hyperpigmentation? Green tea's antioxidants are great for the skin/complexion, so if anything it would help fade hyperpigmentation, not create more :)
