I just finished making this today. I made my wing tables a little longer, did t-track and a stop on both wings, and added a board on the bottom for my dust collection. I also added a few little hooks for a tape measure, pencil and the remote for my power. I watched a lot of videos for miter saw carts before deciding on using your idea. I absolutely love how it turned out and hope it will last for a long time. Thanks for not only sharing your creation but also making it possible for others to make one for themselves.

It's an excellent build. You should have a thanks button on this. I'd gladly donate to the cause.

This is super professional grade workmanship, not DIY stuff. It's sad to not find that many good miter saw builds for real beginners.

Your channel name caught my eye and made me subscribe while I was looking for a miter saw stand. LOL. Although your stand is super cool, it is well above my very beginner skill level. I will probably put my saw on a gigantic old wooden drafting desk that’s in my carport for the time being just to get it off of my kitchen island. 🤦🏽‍♀️ 😂 Of course, I had someone put some heavy duty casters on the drafting desk when I brought it home. Everything in my studio and workspaces MUST be on wheels! 😀

I was really surprised how much cutting power (and torque) this saw had out of the box. I've used other (10" saws) previously and was pretty surprised with the speed and cutting ability of this Dewalt saw.I have bolted mine to a table to minimize movement which I highly recommend. This is a Great saw kzread.infoUgkxPeGkHOMe05FySypTOvYumxMn-xi39oRe with a light to see your cutting line (not a laser line).I'd recommend this saw fro anyone looking to upgrade from a 10" miter saw.
