I’m so glad I was able to help and save you some money! 🙏🏽💜 Good luck with your tv stand!
OMG!! You’re my Shero!!! I’ve been shopping for a mirrored dresser and couldn’t find what I wanted! My current dresser belonged to my mom who passed 5yrs ago and while I REALLY hated to part with it, it’s just very old and doesn’t match my redecoration of my bedroom. So I decided to revamp it myself. While searching KZread I had an idea for resin {because I thought mirroring it would be super expensive} but resin is A LOT of work! Thank you so much for this video! This will be MUCH easier and faster to do & thanks for showing it’s not that expensive at all!!

@@TatyMarieI just found your video& I love your dresser I want to do it with my dresser but I have a question if my dresser is already gray should I still paint over it with the metallic silver or just add the mirrors

Good I’m glad!! ☺️
This turned out BEAUTIFUL and THANK YOU for giving the price of the mirror, I have been hesitant of making a mirror dresser thinking the mirror was super expensive and a LOT heavier/thicker than what it is and none of the other videos I have seen added how much or at least an estimate of the cost of the mirror. I could have went to lowes myself and checked but due to work and everytime I'd go there would be a line from the door wrapped around😭 due to Covid-19 and social distance restrictions. So once again thank you!! Oh and I subscribed to your channel 😊

I have the same dresser what size mirrors did you get ?
Get it. Now.
You are supposed to wipe it down after the first sanding. The second etc
Beautiful😍 about how much did you pay for the mirror. I have a very similar dresser.

Shantell D. I believe I used one sheet for the sides and 2/3 for the front so around $60-$80. That’s where most of the money goes everything else was super affordable!! 😊
LOVE YOUR VIDEO! Was the mirror edges sharp ? How did you get past that and was the mirror very heavy? Thanks!
@TatyMarie

They are very sharp! That’s why I suggest you sand them before gluing. And the mirror was fairly thin so not super heavy. Hope that helps ☺️

Kensia Saintluc no I’m sorry 😩
Did adding the glass make the dresser extremely heavy?
@TatyMarie

I didn’t have to lift it so I’m not entirely sure but the glass is super thin so i wouldn’t think so
Hi, just wondering how this diy held up for you? Any cracks in the paint? Any mirrors or knobs come off?

Yes, I’m wondering the same thing...did those knobs stay on after using the drawers? If that worked, I might try this out. Great video!!

Super late responding to this comment my apologies but years later and it’s looking great all the knobs are still on! I do have a tiny crack on of the drawers but that’s completely my fault because i accidentally pulled it out too fast and hit it against my ottoman. Other than that it’s perfect !
Beautiful & gorgeous 👍🏼 but a question nobody seems to ask why are you spray painting in doors nx to a kids bed 🤷🏼😳
@TatyMarie

Nena’s ideas & Creations spray painting outdoors was not an option for me and that room was not being used at the time but thanks for the concern 🙃
Im thinking about doing this except the dresser(s) that i am using are not flat on the surface on the drawers, they have grooves in them. Is this project still possible to do for me?
@TatyMarie

I would think so as long as the mirror can lay flat on top

Unfortunately I don’t have a link it was from a local furniture store and I purchased it years ago 🙁. But any dresser with flat surfaces will work !
I would probably advise you to paint it outside next time
