Dollar tree black poster board for windows. You have used your space very wisely, love the fact that it is designed for two people carping over night on a road trip.

Thank you! For the poster board how do you keep it from getting messed up by condensation?

Hey Derrick, Have you considered raising the bed? Even a few inches would give you under storage for tools and rarely used items or muddy shoes. But at the sacrifice of head height. Another item you may have considered is a tri fold bed that can be pushed back towards the cab of the truck converting into a bench/mini sofa. Freeing up some floor space near the tailgate when the bed isn't in use.

Thanks for the recommendations! I have thought of raising the bed a little but i would have to take it out when I put my bikes in because they just barely fit now so I decided against it and just made sure to slim down the amount of gear that I use so I have plenty of storage. As for the bed I really want to do that so we can hang out in the bed easier. My plan as of now is to eventually get covers made for our current foam and when we do that cut the foam to be able to try fold it and have the covers made to accommodate that.

Honestly after all the work with my lights most people would probably be better off using those. I just knew I would forget to charge them lol.

Yep it’s a 5” thick firm foam mattress I got off amazon after college that I just cut into two pieces and it’s worked great for me. I need to make covers though because the fitted sheet is getting pretty ripped up.
