I just finished building this set and had such a hard time bc of the glue.... if u dont mind me asking what glue did u use! I also bought the coffee shop set and am looking forward to building it~! Tips on how to build the case that comes with the kit would also be super appreciated~!

My favorite is slow-acting "MOMENT CRYSTAL transparent glue by Henkel". I use it for paper and textile because it's almost invisible and has a rubber texture. I use it for gluing paper on wooden parts, cloth, paper and flowers. It perfectly glues wallpapers, floor and all other small paper boxes. And the second one is: Fast action "Adhesive MOMENT GEL by Henkel". This adhesive bonds very quickly and holds walls, furniture and other items. With this glue, I glue wire, metal parts, wood parts, small cup handles, etc. So I always use both. First I tried to glue this case with fast-acting glue and it turned out pretty good, it holds perfectly, but on the edges of gluing the material became opaque and white. I also tried to glue it with epoxy resin that hardens from a UV flashlight, it turned out very well, but you need to fix the parts before resin become hard. Gluing with fast-acting glue is more convenient and fast. About the edges that turned white, I painted them with Kodi UV nail top and they became nice and krystal clear as they was before glue. I do not make a dustproof case anymore because I store my houses on shelves with glass doors as if they are in one big aquarium. Good luck with your kit and I wish you lots of inspiration!

Please don't be upset, I didn't have glue either and I want to tell you why that's because in many countries liquids are prohibited for transportation by the rules so even if the seller puts the glue in you parcel, the postal employees will get it out. Same about accumulators and batteries - they can't be shipped too. If the package was delivered by air, then there will be no glue, but if the package was delivered by land or by boat, then the glue will be in the box. They made these doll houses for their domestic market and all this kits can be bought in their local stores. That's why some people have glue in their boxes, but we didn't. I recommend you B-7000. I'm very happy with this glue, it's slow-acting, 100% transparent, invisible and holds great and it's perfect for gluing anything that looks like glass. Before this, I tried many different ones but B-7000 glue is much better. When I don't want to wait I use fast acting super glue (for example super glue gel from Henkel). But you can make every kit with B-7000 only. (T-7000, T-8000 are very good too).

Hi! Yes, they recommend to glue this borders, but please attach the floor to make sure it fits into the frame. I recommend gluing the frame with Fast action glue in a small tube (for example Fast action Adhesive MOMENT GEL by Henkel or Patex ). After this, cut two long pieces of paper and glue them to the borders. I recommend gluing the paper with slow action glue (for example Slow-acting MOMENT CRYSTAL transparent glue by Henkel or Patex). If possible, you can wrap them inside. If you don’t like this method and the texture of the paper, you can paint the edges with acrylic paint, I tried this and it turned out no worse than with glued paper. If you have more questions or if I didn’t describe it clearly, please ask. I wish you good luck with your kit and lot of inspiration!

Yes, you are right, I use glue but I don’t show how I apply it because I don’t have enough skill and I can’t shoot it in one take: sometimes the focus is lost or the parts don’t stick smoothly. I hope someday I'll make new videos with glue. There are new kits with stickers but this is not one of them. When I glue and it doesn’t work out, I can redo it, but when I film it on video, I can’t redo the video fragment because the part will be glued and if I tear it off and try to make a new video, it won’t look good or I’ll just ruin the part. I would really like to film the whole process in detail with the glue, but so far I haven't succeeded, maybe later

When I don't want to wait I use fast acting super glue but super glue can leave white marks, and B-7000 it's 100% transparent, invisible and holds great! Everything will look perfect and you won't have to think about how to cover up the super glue marks. You just have to wait until everything sticks, but believe me, it's worth it! And it's great for gluing anything that looks like glass. You can make every kit with B-7000 only. You can use transparent rubber glue, but it will work only for paper and fabric, but it will not hold this walls and all the furniture. Before I found B-7000 I glued all the paper parts with the slow-acting "MOMENT CRYSTAL transparent glue by Henkel" (or Pattex). How do you cut parts so neat? Xacto or scissors? What kind of scissors? There are like white edges on my parts

Thank you very much! ❤ I use regular office scissors from the local supermarket. There's buromax logo on my scissors, quite sharp and comfortable. Sometimes use the small scissors from the manicure kit (for tiny parts), but mostly I use the regular large ones. To tell the truth I'm afraid of a xacto and don't use it, only scissors. I'm not sure about the white edges, but maybe the scissors aren't sharp enough?
