Hello. You don´t need to pump the fuel to prime the filter. Simply put the key on the position before runnig starter and you can ear the electric pump working. 20 seconds is enough. Start the engine and the bleeding is complete. During intermediate maintenances, if you wish just to drain the filter, remove that white plug, connect a hose to a catch botle and do the same. The fuel sitting on the bottom of the filter is expeled throug that tube. I opened one old filter and confirmed that the tube with the white plug goes to the bottom of the filter. Any retained water or debris can be taken out.

Hello Claudio! We prefer to prime the fuel filter housing in any way because some viewers might try the same thing on their cars and if the car doesn't have a pump in the fuel tank than things could go wrong. It doesn't take much time and the car starts right away. Thank you for the info on the white plug.

Usé un software de escaneo. No se puede restablecer el mantenimiento desde el menú.
