Cedar framing, treated, or just standard pine? I am in a wet climate area and leaning towards pressure treated but it's more expensive than Steel right now so also considering that. Thoughts?

Is it necessary to pour footings? I have 5” patio, was going to do 10’ island with air stone and either granite or concrete counter tops. The existing patio does have rebar. Any feedback would be much appreciated. Great video as well.

I was wondering what your voice may have sounded like. Got to hear it when you were using the phone in your video. Definitely not the voice that I was expecting you to have.
