I read a comment that says "simple yet efficient"....I just have to point out the fact that after watching all 3 videos this felluh made, it takes a whole lot of skill, talent, and patience to makes this whole procedure look "simple" and "efficient"... I was a bit worried with a large number of fake reviews but I am very pleased with the results. Bit of background, kzread.infoUgkxmKn8dCAXovWn8_cLYoosGLVrVrpwlIMc I need to split approximately 1.5 cords of wood and didn't feel like destroying my back. I purchased this anticipating to have a few issues splitting wood but have only come across a few logs of elm where the stringy nature of elm made it more difficult to split. Overall its not a necessarily fast process but it also isn't a very arduous one either. I came and went fairly often to do different tasks but once I stayed and got into a system I could easily split my pieces in a fairly timely manner.

You have the right idea with the blades beimg staggered, only doing 1 split at a time. It is suprising how many factory built wedges have all the cutting edges in a line. It's alot easier splitting with them set up like yours.

Very smart design to have the floor move with the cylinder!

@@hrz4x4 Hahah... For these type of patents we are crazy....! I own 2 red 82's, a blue 92 hp 1995 model that has a centrifugal fuel pump like the t40 not a classic fuel pump like all Belarus, that enables it to reach 2700 rpm or more and on 2016 I bough a new 1025.4... And I didn't see many Belarus having a centrifugal fuel pump only some 1221.... Have a nice day!!!

works ok. I thought that the blade is to thin to split it to the end but you can put next log in and finish it so for such long pieces of wood it works really well. I use fiskars splitting axe and split firewood by hand. Logs only ~40cm long and not a lot of thick wood, so not to hard to split them by hand.

It's more like cutting than splitting. I used to split all my wood with axes - started with simple tools many years ago. The difference is that in the evening you are not so tired with the hydraulic splitter. I would recommend a good axe for splitting - something from our grandfathers time or a new blacksmith axe. Axes are very different, I used to split with the brand you mentioned.. But when I switched over to blacksmith axe it's like from another world - when the blade is well balanced it makes all the difference.

Surprised you have not mounted the splitter on 3 point linkage! That would save a lot of bending to pick up logs.

see silindri liigutamis süsteem on küll kaval, kuid samas on seda tüütu kogu aeg käes hoida või otsida seda toru käega taga. ise oleks teinud mingise eraldi jagaja kuskile sinna lõhkuja peale ja siis paned seest kangi ühte asendisse ja siis väljast jagajast reguleerid kumba pidi silinder liigub. seismise asendi peal peaks siis õli tagasivoolu jooksma jagajast. muidu vägev projekt

Idee oli algatuseks teha väga lihtne süsteem olemasolevatest asjadest. Alati saab kallimaks ja keerulisemaks teha. Viimase versioonina on ka päris mugav seda kangi kasutada, russi enda jagaja on muidugi ebatäpne ja lisaks veel see ujuvasend..

kang üles ja siis üle selle koha, kus ta silindrit liigutab. lükata võib vist isegi väikese jõuga, siis need kõik kolm kontuuri peaksid ujuvasse minema selle tavalise jagajaga.
