Hey Guys! I love sharing these DIY Room Makeovers with you! This Living Room Makeover was such a huge transformation, and includes so many modern traditional decorating ideas! 💛💛💛

I love everything that you were doing for these friends. I think the furniture that you picked and the shelving units are beyond gorgeous I totally agree with you between that wood in the marble love all of it! As a 20 year design and decorator the only thing that I noticed and please no these are not negative comments they’re just a view from another person. The first off I think you need to take the drum table that you got and put it between the two chairs so the two chairs have a table and I think that drum table would be perfect there, you also need a side table at the far end of the couch. Mainly because there’s no tables or surfaces for people to sit down and drink or anything else. I also think you need to do some curtains on the two windows something light and airy play step high that will frame out those beautiful windows and also be able to block the light coming through when you want to watch TV. They could still have the modern look and just be a soft neutral curtain hanging on the sides which would give the room a more finished look. So between the table between the chairs and a table at the end of the sofa and some soft curtains, the only other thing would be the more maroon colored plants that you were putting on the TV consult I think you should put one over by the tree and have the tree a basket in that tree or other plant as well as something at the end of the TV Consol. So for me looking out those are the things that I noticed that look somewhat unfinished. And the main thing is no tables or people on the sofa or the chairs but I think that drum table you got the second I thought I knew it would look amazing between those two chairs and then maybe something of wood or maybe wooden marble to tie in the bookcases or bookshelves on the other end of the sofa would really bring it all together especially with just simple curtains hanging on either side of the window hung out a little further and up higher. With that obviously the room looks amazing and I am just loving this furniture line that you’re using and I will be checking them out so thank you so much. And as always great job done such a wonderful person and such a great friend to do so much for people that you care about🥰❣️❣️❣️

If they want to add in additional tables or furniture they can. I bought curtains and they asked me not to hang them because they liked the open windows.

The before and after is such a transformation! I am obsessed with how it turned out! I love those bookshelves, the tv stand, and honestly everything😍
