Dude, this is amazing !! It's possible to replace any CCFL backlight, with RGBW LEDs in this way? (to improve the color and contrast, connected to a VGA or another HDMI and put "mirror display" in Windows configuration) have you ever tried something like this with an old LCD? Thank you. ps: Year 2022, there is any new and better controller & LEDs?

Can you connect such a screen to an old gaming console? I'm planning on making a NES controller coffee table that would connect to a 256 x 240 LED screen (since 256x240 is the average pixel resolution of a NES) and I wonder if that works. I'm very much new to this stuff

Then you add the cost of them custom made pcbs, nearly 100 more for the controller, throw in there another one for the PSs and little jibber jabbers, and a ton of your time (that's metric!)....It's definitely pricey! But when done and running, you could instantly pick this up amongst 1000 of those "HUB 75" type displays ! (Οι κλασσικες που βλεπουμε παντου στην ερμου 😉) 🍺
