Everyone's all caught up on whether or not he has two washers or a washer and dryer, and how great he used the space. I am stuck on what kind of landlord makes such a nice laundry space for renter. I have never seen such a nice laundry space in a rental property, especially when that space was provided by the landlord

Love the beauty and simplicity of this. I'm planning on adding some shelving and such to my launch room this weekend and this gave me some great ideas!
I love these videos! Next year I'm planning to pick up my first home, I watch a lot of these to give me ideas on what I could with it, this is truly art!
The baskets up top are genius! This was incredible.
Excellent! You used every inch of space that you could. The very top shelf was pretty thoughtful.
We are planning a laundry room makeover in October and this is great inspiration! I love the look of all the plywood!
That top storage space is very well thought out! Will be doing something similar soon. Thanks for another awesome video filled with excellent ideas!
Love the use of storage above the door!
I like the idea of having those baskets handy for delicates that need to sit to the side. I would definitely use this!
Love the baskets and the extra bins!
The upper ledges for the bins, awsome, will do the same for my closet.
Spaces for the waste baskets....Brilliant!! As well as utilizing the wasted space above the closet. Nice job!
Really cool way to use the space at the top of closet. Don't let a clutz like me near it - I will have everything fall on my head immediately

Thanks for that great video! You've given me some great ideas for my space.
Well done that man. Great use of space.
Wow this is awesome and you make it look so easy and doable lol.
Awesome job and so creative~ well done!🍃
Great video Ben! Love it.
This little Laundry is perfect 👌
Wow what a difference 🛠 Amazing
Love the maximization of space. I bet you're an awesome landlord!! Thanks, BYE!
Wow! I am in LOVE!
Lovely and simple. Me likey. Thanks for sharing!
Hey Ben 😊 great video and love the podcast
Great utilization of space!
GOALS EVERYTHING YOU DO IS GOALS
Ideas for future videos: diy pergola you can hang a retractable canopy and string lights plus flowers or whatever. Also camping showers! Diy slatted fence that covers ugly fencing that you can't take off due to hoa or for apartment renters.
Looks great!
Love it! thanks for sharing!
Amigo, muy buen video, me podrías decir qué es y para qué es el aparto que utilizas en la pared con luces?
i love how the end of ben's dialogue always sounds like a voicemail recording
Nice job home made modern!!!
Nice use of space. Did you run out of concrete?
Amazing!!
Damn you have some nice rental properties
The counter is basically put onto the ledges, not screwed to it? i would love this way so I can easily move the washing machine.
Hey Ben! I notice that you use plywood in many of your builds, but I wonder about high amounts of formaldehyde being emitted. Should this be a concern?
Very nice makeover. Only thing missing is a cover for the hose/water going into the wall ;-)
I'm sure everyone else has said this, but I'd be lucky to have had you as a landlord! Make sure to let the tenants know to keep the washer door open after use. Rookie mistake that took me a year to learn.
very nice. lucky renters!

I know, right? Ben can make plywood look so good.
You could put some felt on the side of the cart so it's not scraping your appliance.
Great job
Ain't no slumlord here!! Nice!
very well done
What is it used for? I could never find anything to put up there
Muito bom!
That looks great! Too bad I can’t build stuff...
Nice use of a small space. I need to get on the woodwork bandwagon
Cool!!
What's the name of the piano song in the background? It's very catchy!
Love this project but hate how accessible it is because I really have no excuse to do this right now but I don't wanna get up! Haha
Good job
Nice!
Great video...and thank you for wearing those short shirts. ;-)
Can you tell me the dimensions please the length and the wide of the area please reply as soon you see my comment 🙏🏻

Good video and really great uses of space! You should put a like to you website in the video description. I know I can find it elsewhere, just be nicer if it was there. Not trying to be mean just a thought. Thanks!
Good Job
FYI we just got rid off our front load washer. because of mold in the door gasket. You need to wipe gasket dry every time and leave door open when not in use Also we got the washer and dryer with the least electronics which saved a lot and they have a 10 year warranty...
What's up with all these people thinking it's two washing machines? It's a washing machine and a dryer. They just look similar.
i would have painted them for sure
How good is that LG washer?
A dark stain would've look great
I'm sorry. Drilled in some whatnow? 1:38 ;)

Wow I can only imagine your rental places
Cool use of space! My two thoughts are: what happens when you forget to put a basket back and chuck clothes into the hole? And some short person is going to try and stand on the counter top to get to those high boxes...
gostei muito
do you have some kind of a deal with home depot you refer to them a lot.

Is there a special reason that you keep using ply boards glued and screwed together(which seems to be quite wasteful) for countertops instead of actual counterboards that are available in endless laminations and textures?

Gee , I wish I would have found your channel sooner 🌎
What a guy, XOXO. IN LOVE.
I'd build a removable backsplash to hide those unsightly connections.
If it was mine I would stain dark wood!
I'd put them at a level so you dont need to bend down
Nice... you're so tall! I can't use the top space because I won't be able to reach it. Such a waste of space 😭
Preciso de um marceneiro desse 😘😍
i wish this video was'nt fast frame. it be nice to watch and learn from.
You are superman!
Why 2 washing machines?
@joewee

It's two washer/dryer combos. He could have gotten away with 1 but HE appliances often have very long wash/dry times and it would be super nice to have two of them available especially if you have a big family or a lot of roommates. www.lg.com/us/washer-dryer-combos/lg-WM3488HS-front-load-washer

All that for a rental
why dont you use those industrial machines you have in USA.. they are eternal. this new machines have to many functions for a rental.
Only complaint is that it was just left unpainted. Seems to clash with the area in this case. Either paint it white like the ledge, use a white cover/board over the ply, or perhaps use melamine for the countertop.
I want to rent an apartment owned by you...
He’s hot
Mate, I'm guessing you didn't do very much research on the washer. Something like 80% of people with front loading washers hate them. The seal from the doors go bad and get pretty nasty very quickly.
@nils1953
6 жыл бұрын
Highly doubt you did your research with "80%". Front loading washers are very common in europe, and are quite popular here. Maybe cheaper washing machines have that problem, but I have the same good old 22 year old washing machine and it´s rubber seal holds up very well.
@urbanequinox
6 жыл бұрын
I have the same brand as the ones he got (LG) and after 8 years of constant use, have no issues with the seal. I've heard that issues with mildew are simply not letting the unit air out (which is really only an issue with front loading because the strength of the seal makes it air tight) so I leave the door open after emptying my laundry and close it later (it airs out quickly).
@afghan1mystery

As long as you keep the machine open when it's not in use, should be fine (I think most people don't have the space to keep them open hence why that happens)
@trawis1983

no need to dipshit-ing anyone ;) he was trying to be wise here but as we all know front load washing machines are doing their job well... people who not operate them right are the purpose of failure so... he just make himself look stupid :D

There are many places throughout the United States without enough sun or space to dry clothes outdoors regularly. Electric or gas dryers (which look just like front loading washers) are paired with the washers. Aside from real reasons? somehow we've been convinced that we need both.
OMG, I want to marry you!
