Add the perfect bohemian touch to any room in your house with this macrame mandala wall hanging. You will just make it according to this tutorial.
Used:
Driftwood 58 cm
Knitted cotton cord 4 mm
1) 12 ropes of 2 meters
2) 6 ropes of 3,5 meters
3) fringes- 40 cm
4) 6 ropes of 2,5 meters
5) 12 ropes of 5 meters
6) fringes- of 1 meter and 40 cm
Finished size: 48(58)cm x 90 cm

This was my first macrame. I had a total of 230m of coton cord 3mm and almost used it all. For the fringes at the end I used on the sides 5 in each parts of the sides. Both with 1m and 40 cm and for the 2 loops of the end, I think 20 fringes each. If that can help anyone. I was a bit confused because it wasn't specified on the video. The coton cord is not as precise as the cord in the video but still does a great job!

Just finished following your tutorial. I did it with 3mm white cotton cord except for the plait and the end bands which I did in 4mm pink cotton cord, with all fringes white and the last 40cm fringe in pink. It looks almost as good as yours. Thank you for sharing this with us, and for making it so easy to follow. Yours looks beautiful.

@@mahamwaseem5207 I just followed what’s written in the description. To convert to imperial, 1 metre is about 3’3”. Because I swapped from 3mm to 4mm I just held the cord up to measure how long I wanted the fringe.

Just hold the cord up if it’s for the fringe and eyeball it, the fringe is just a larks head knot only. Double the cord over, hold it up, allow an inch or so for the larks head and cut the cord where you want the fringe to finish.

Если кому-то интересно, то на бахрому ушло : 40 см × 100 отрезов, 100см × 82 отреза . Сделала лавандовый цвет )). Смотрится шикарно! Огромное спасибо!
