    Hey man! What in the world is that tbar handle attachment you’re using with the chain? Did you fabricate the piece that slides over the barbell and allows you to clip a chain from your handle attachment to the bar? Or did you purchase it from somewhere? I’ve been scouring everywhere for a solution like that it’s genius!

    I do Landmine squats with 3-5 plates, do you think this would hold that much weight? I wish I could do the physics math of how much weight is pushing into me vs. the landmine. If the barbell is horizontal I am guessing the weight distribution is around 50/50 then changes to more or less based on the weight being above or below the anchor point.

  • @KaizenDIYGym

    @KaizenDIYGym

    Yes, I think it’ll hold that much weight.

    Did you use PVC over another material for a compelling reason, or was it just super easy to work with? I have access to 2” black iron pipe and the tools to drill it. I just don’t know if I am overlooking a pitfall from substituting black pipe for PVC.

  • @KaizenDIYGym

    @KaizenDIYGym

    9 ай бұрын

    The pvc is easier to work with. It is not supporting any weight so there is no reason to go beefier with the material.
