DIY Korean BBQ Table

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

I made a DIY wood fired Korean BBQ table that uses a Solo Stove so that no propane or gas is required. The concrete table is made from Quikrete 5000 Concrete mix. I used about 12 of the 50lbs bags. I used 1/2" rebar but wire mesh should also work if you don't have tools to cut steel. The concrete pieces weigh about 140-160 lbs each but I think I will make the next version of the concert table about a foot linger and 6 inches wider. Vinyl baseboard trim is a great low cost flexible material for concrete molds or forms and is available at most Home Depots. I used 3/4" thick melamine for the rest of the formwork.

I made this exact thing for my solo stove over a year ago now! I was inspired by your DIY out door couch video where you drill up into three beams and so that’s what holds up my slab! Of course your design is better then mine. Making it two pieces was smart I wish I would of thought of that! Now I’m gunna try my hand at Korean BBQ! Good work as always!!!

I did something similar years ago but instead of a grill I used a deepfryer. After that I would do a hot pot with chicken broth. My late wife was a hairdresser for a theater so we had actors to our home often. Well done it's nice to see stuff to use for the family.

Lol I know this is random, but here I am. Korean approved. There are lots of of restaurants that uses that kind of stove+table tops, and I don't know what they did but the tables get really hot, like-you can get burned-hot. So now I wanna try your version😂 As always another magnificient build! Keep them coming!

I’m sure you probably know this, but I’m gonna share it anyway. If you spray some rubbing alcohol on top of hot glue and let it sit for like 15/22, the bond breaks pretty easy you can pop it off with your finger. That was an amazing project. By the way! I love it.
