We have an air compressor and air assist is on while engraving. This is one of the main things that help prevent char on the surface. Also, cleaning up with alcohol helps remove char. Thanks

How you put the audio mark from Spotify on your draw?

For the most part I just eyeball it but you want to have enough borax that when you mix it, its a bit cloudy. I don't think it will ruin your project if you accidentally add too much.
