I’m thinking she pushes through where there’s an opening in the braid. (Which would still be difficult!) And I was watching the video thinking “her hands have to dry out so bad working with jute”. But, yeah, I’m gonna try it.

That design is wonderful, I know that it is tougher that it looks to do. You will have to have strong fingers to do that work . Thank you for sharing your beautiful work and techniques with us. I may try this with macrame cords. There were other projects that I could have done, but this looks better and I know how to braid and I purchased the long needle some time ago not knowing that it was so outsized. Thank you powers that be for bring your video to my attention.🥰🥰👍🏾
