hmm… It's difficult to get all snacks at one place. So maybe you can't find them all but I recommend AEON, Ito Yokado supermarket, Yodobashi Camera(Akihabara) , Hakuhinkan(Ginza) and so on. They sell DIY candy relatively much;)
