Great that you recycle so many materials! I'm nearly done with a smaller table for the incra ultra-lite I found on eBay, and used many recycled materials. The base is 2x4, but the top is all recycled material. I'm in the process of figuring out how to attach the positioner/fence.

You painted the drawer faces on your New Fangled Workbench. Cool video and project, as always!

I liked the way they looked before. I'll get used to it though.

2 things, what a wonderful tip on using the scissor jacks, can they work on their sides? that would have helped lining up the inside partitions to the outside sides ( maybe too much slop ) ? Second, my wife was watching the video with me and saw your mistake. not to worry though, I swore her to secrecy :>) good looking project ( as always :>)

Thanks for watching and yes you could use the jacks on their sides. That's a good suggestion I never thought of that. I usually just cut scraps to the size I need and use those to space out the sides. But next time I will try the jacks instead. Thanks for keeping my secret. (I don't want people knowing I make mistakes) 😃

Another tip for using the scissor jacks is to cut off the end of the crank handle, the part that engages the jack...but leave about 3-4" of the straight part. Then you can use a cordless drill to raise and lower the scissor jack. Using the cranks as is can be a time consuming pain. I've actually done this with the one in my car, but I used a spare crank handle that I bought at my local junk yard. The cordless drill works great up to a point. That's when I switch to the unaltered crank and do the rest by hand. Great project and video, thanks.
