Yes, it's absolutely adorable. I usually can't tell what they're trying to say before reading the name. I lost it at Tjena today. (I know it's really hard to pronounce a word in a foreign language. No, I can't pronounce English perfectly. I laugh at myself too.)

Can you try and diy aesthetically pleasing storage options? I’ve been needing a large aesthetic storage for dirty clothes. Love your videos btw ❤️

You could just fabric cover a tall box and add braided rope handles if u like. Or use any large, interesting basket. I see woven wicker ones in the thrift stores from time to time.

I made a laundry sorting thing out of a kallax 2x2 shelf. 4 baskets. Added some legs. And stained a wooden plank and added it on top. Looks great and is functional and doesn't take up a lot of space. Sorting clothes when you chuck them in the laundry is genius. And you got space on top. Defo my favourite piece of furniture !
Your ikea hacks are always so creative! Not to knock on any other DIY channels(I love them all) but you always seem to find DIY I haven’t seen before and always true to your ~ aesthetic ~
Spray-painting that shelf gold and winding the sides with a warm faux leather cording would gag me (in a good way). Your DIYs are always of such good taste and quality. Thanks!
You are by FAR my favorite DIY channel on KZread. Everything you make is stunning. I hope more people keeping finding out about you. You’re a treasure!

Lone Fox omfg u replied this is the best day of my life eee 💘💘🥺
Great ideas, Drew. My fave is the macramé shelving; the way you did that weave was so extra, which is what I love most about your "Drew-It-Yourself projects." Re the surgery, the anesthesia is no biggie. You're gonna be perfectly fine and you'll feel soo much better with those things gone! Ibuprofen, warm salt water rinses (to speed the healing) and a good blender will be your best friend for the first few days. Take care and take your time...we'll be here!
I like how you managed to turn a metal flimsy shelf into a beautiful, sturdier shelf. I'll be moving into a dorm soon and I might do that for sure. Thanks for the (always) amazing DIYS.

Great projects! Did the shelf still need to be connected to the wall? I had very impacted wisdom teeth as well and the absence of pain was worth it.
@mafaldagif
5 жыл бұрын
@@nikkiedwards7475 i believe it turned more sturdy because he gave more mass to the feet of the shelf. It's just like you get a bunch of wooden planks to make a fence, if you connect them, they might be strong, but if there's lot's of empty space between them, they'll be flimsy and, possibly, just for show.
I love how u pronance the Swedish words on these things from ikea, your DIYs is the best❤️ love from sweden

Lol as a Swede I really enjoyed the way you pronounced all of the names, keep up the good work Drew! I love your vids, especially the IKEA ones! 😂😉
I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth out a few years ago under general anaesthetic and I was just a little sore after and a little groggy but it all went totally fine x all the best for Friday. sending lots of healing hugs incase you need them after 💜💙💜
That shelf is to die for!! I hope all goes well with your surgery. Rest, eat soft food and dont push your recovery and all will be well!
I'm currently watching this with the nightlight long and everything looks so warm and cozy!😊
👋🏻 Hey Drew! You’ll do fine tomorrow. Just take your meds as soon as you get home! Stay in front of the pain!! And don’t spit or suck so you don’t dry socket. Do that and you will heal up quick. Now the DIY’s, that shelf is awesome for ten bucks! And the macrame cord weave you did looks amazing! Okay, get rest, don’t eat or drink after midnight! Good luck tomorrow! ❤️💜💚
A tip: buy the cheapest pillows at IKEA and use the stuffing.

U can get a pillow for $1 at IKEA and pay like $6 for stuffing at a fabric store
@JessicaPancake2

I googled this because I was like ‘nah surely a bag of stuffing is $10..’ it’s actually pretty expensive! You can just get a $5 pillow from Ikea and that is cheaper and your only using/buying what you need.

That shelf was gorgeous! I love the industrial vibe and woven warmth of the macrome cording! Awesome!
wisdom teeth tips (from someone who wasn't put under and had all 4 taken out, on two separate trips): • for the first 1-2 days, ice it for 20 min increments (20 min on, 20 min off). this helped me so much with swelling! if you can, get a cold pack that can wrap around your back, but wrap it around your head so you can have your hands free! this is honestly my BIGGEST tip • sleeping elevated helps with swelling too! • ease into solid foods. microwave mashed potatoes were the BEST. but don't eat them hot, so you don't dissolve the blood clots. wait till you can see that you're fully/mostly healed to eat hot foods. • the best ways to avoid getting a dry socket are: don't drink from a straw till you see that you're fully healed (obviously). hold back from brushing your molars for the first couple days so you don't risk hitting a clot. if you have a rinse your dentist gave you, don't swish by pushing air in your mouth (like normal) - shake your head instead, especially for the first day or two. otherwise, don't be scared of getting a dry socket. super easy to prevent! • if you're still uncomfortably sore towards the end of the week (and your mouth is healed), switch to a heating pad! that helped me a ton. Hope this helps and I'm sure you'll have a great recovery! just chill out for the week, catch up on some shows, and you'll be back to normal by the end of next week!
Drew your diys just hit different. 🤩 you always got the cutest ideassss
I had no problems going under. It was kinda fun actually.
What I love about your videos is that the crafts really are easy to make. You don’t just make it look easy. I’ve made a bunch of things I see on your channel and I’m always pleased with how they come out !!
Just awesome I am quite surprised coz Its just today that i finished making my own lumbar pillow ! Love your content....keep inspiring Love from india💜
Thank you so much drew!!! Im probably gonna redo the first DIY ❤️❤️
the rug into a pillow is so smart!!! i think i'm going to try it with placemats too--they always have so many cute fabric ones at the thrift store near me but i have no reason to keep a collection of a placemats lol
You are so creative! I love your videos. I hope your feeling better Drew. Wishing you a speedy recovery and looking forward to what you will create next!
after i woke up from getting my wisdom teeth out i kept calling the nurse lady pretty. the funny thing is i was 13 and not out to my parents yet and we talked about it the other night and my mom was like should’ve known you were gay then....

Chantel Lopez thank you :)
I did something really similar to the 2nd box DIY this weekend! I added a braided twine handle to the side of the box that faces outward and I think it made it look even more “store-bought.” Just in case anyone reading this wants to know how to do it, it’s super easy! I cut two small square holes in the box with a hobby/ x-acto knife. The holes should be only large enough that your un-knotted braid /just/ fits, so that you won’t see the holes. So, make your braid, but leave it unknotted on both sides, with enough room to tie a knot. Then, thread each side of the braid through its hole and tie the ends /inside/ the box. The knot will be much larger than the hole and the handle will stay in place!

Explained well & thoughtful of you to help others with this DIY.
Macrame shelf was a super great creative cool original idea, I love it and I love you 💕😘
The jewelry holder, you could also use larger decorative nails on top and bottom to hold cookbook or device using stretch bands, leather, or to ribbon to hold firmly using the nails to attach the bands.
Bless your heart, my daughter just had her wisdom teeth surgery removed for the same reason. It’s gonna be a rough week but then you’ll feel much better! 😊 I pray all goes well ❤️
I love the fabric that you use with the box so lovely xx
I love all your DIY projects they are so beautiful 😍. Can’t wait to see what else you come up with. ❤️🙏🏼
I looove your personality💙💙💙 I'm so sorry for the pain you've been going through! Really hope it gets better for you.
My fav is the shelf even though I am a throw pillow junkie lol. I am totally gonna try and diy my own. tfs💕👍👏
Loved ALL. The shelving is lovely ❣❣❣ The pillow is Fabulous ❣❣❣ Really loved the jewelry holder 🌻🌻🌻
Love this sm!!
You knock it out of the park EVERY TIME!!! These ideas are genius 🌟
Love all of these. Actually useful items that are affordable and look good.
I loved all you projects. What a great way to stabilize an inexpensive shelving unit, not to mention make it attention worthy!
Oh I also made a cushion with sortso rug!! ( I added some decoration on it ) I liked it too!!
Love the pillow and shelf, they look great together
I love your excitement and diy’s!
Liked them all. The boxes and shelves are my favorite.
OMG LOVE! Can you a video on a DIY storage for vinyl records?? Spaces for your record players! That would be awesome 😱😱😱
I had never been put under anesthesia either before I had my wisdom teeth taken out and I was super nervous but it’s nothing to be worried about! I remember closing my eyes when the surgeon told me to imagine I was on a beach somewhere and I was out instantly. When I woke up it felt like I had just taken a little nap. Good luck with your surgery 😊
Love the metal shelf! So easy and cool! I’d prime and spray paint it matte black for an industrial farmhouse look.
i got my wisdom teeth out in november 2017 and honestly i had no issues. all of mine were impacted as well and the surgery went so smooth. when he woke me up he asked how long it felt and i said 10 minutes but it was well over an hour lol. the worst part is the recovery but it’s so worth it cos it sucks living with that pain in your mouth!!! you’ll be fine!!!
loved the macrame shelving!!! ❤
Love all of these!💕
Omg I already have the larger hyllis and am moving this Friday - now I know exactly how I'm going to upgrade it for my new apartment! Thinking I'll spray paint it gold as well 😍. Thanks, Drew!
Covering box with fabric is also a really good idea to transform Old boxes that u already have, maybe even boxes that we use to put gifts in for christmas etc. Anyways great video as always, love you ❤️
Workmanship, Cheaper Options, OCDs, Modern, Sleek...everything OMG! You're amazing...
I love that table! Great idea
I’m in love with the shelf, such a great idea!
Loved the cord shelf and also the fabric boxes!
The fabric was nice and the shelves were doable with great effect. Thank you.
Omg I had the same thing happen with my wisdom teeth two months ago, the pain was HORRIBLE but the surgery itself was so easy! The healing process was hard but you'll feel SO MUCH BETTER when it heals!!!!!
I was honestly a nervous wreck before my wisdom teeth removal, couldn't sleep and cried! but it was soooo not as bad as I thought. I recovered super quickly too! id say the build up to getting them removed was actually worse than the actual removal :) you'll be great!

I got my wisdom teeth out a few months ago for the same reason you are, It was no worries! never felt a thing! Just make sure you have a friend or two to take you back home and get drinks and a bunch of soft foods that you like together and try to be super chill through your first week or 2 of healing. it gets tiring because you're basically waiting for gums to heal up, (and sometimes the need for a burger is real) but take your pain killers as prescribed, be the poolside socialite everyone deserves to be and you'll be golden! 🧡💛🧡
Great projects, Drew!!
loved them all! and everyone can do it!
