Perhaps parchment paper will help to set the soup mould

U might find it nice to use plastic wrap to avoid it stick to the box and tearing

Yes that's possible however the challenge with that is that introducing harmful chemicals and strong scents to a blender used for food is not advisable. However if you have one dedicated for crafts, go for it

You could try putting it in moulds and compressing it then give it time to heal

Like this way better than cheese grater idea, which scares me

You might be able to wrap soap bits like a crayon if you need to grate it

You can add anything really even fragrances... I used Roberts

No you mustn't. Just grate them and melt them in warm water

Yes it can but you really have to regulate the heat , otherwise most of the soap with burn and harden

The soap can be allowed to cool on its own. No refrigeration or freezing necessary.
