Yes, it is paper towel roll. You can use both. :-)

I like your use of the paper towel tube very much. However, the fact that I couldn't see the size of the cuts you were making make it impossible for me to make this project. I don't want to take the time to figure them out thru trial and error. I see that someone else also requested this information. Could you please post the cut size so we can all make this project for ourselves.
