Thank you for your Video. I made one for my mom. It was a lot of work but she loves it. Just one step to make it easier: Once you've secured each cord in the ring, wrap each thread into a ball of yarn and only lengthen it when you need it. Otherwise the long cords get knotted every time. :)

Thank you so much for this pattern. I could have done it with 2,5 m length less for each cord, but that probably depends on the type of cord you use. It took me a long time to make (made it spread over 2 days while on Netflix), but I am loving it! I am actually thinking about making another one. :)

Is the amount of cords correct? At the start of the video it says 8 cords but I only see 7 being used (equating to 14 working threads)?

Hi friends, Yes, equating to 14 working threads and thank you for watching carefully. I wrote cord 8 by mistake. It should be cord 7.

What a beautiful work!! How long ist the strap in the end, the finished one? Could I also use only 14 m of rope...or will it be to short? Thank you

That is very beautiful! You are extremely talented and adept. I would like to try this but am a novice macramer , so I think I’ll make something easier first then maybe tackle this one at a later date. Definitely the most beautiful yoga strap I’ve ever seen.

Exactly what I’m looking for- I’m in the middle of it and noticed that there is no use for the 8th cord..

Starting this tonight and it's crazy getting so many knots I can't seem to start it's a big mess of threads... I think your thread looks a lot steonger, what brand is it?

I made a mini ball of every cord and made a knot, so it was a lot easier and it didn’t become a big mess of threads

Its impossible to make this strap looking at this tutorial. The information in the beginning is incorrect and the author has the most important parts hidden behind her fingers. Unless you want be extremely frustrated I don't recommend following this video

You’re saying each cord is 59 feet in length?

Amazing job! Thanks to share! What kind of cord are u using?!? I'm usually using organic cotton so, sometimes the measurements are different from others. Thanks in advance.

Hi friends. Sorry in 0.20sec I made a mistakes, it should be qty 7 x 18 meters (instead of qty 8 cores). You need macrame (3mm) 7 x 18m Wooden rings (70mm) x 2pcs Wooden beads (12mm) x 14pcs

Hi, are the measurements for each cord right? Do I need each cord to be about 2 meters long or about 18 meters long?

I would also like to know this. I just cut all my cords and it seems awful long (700 inches = 1800 centimeters). Is it supposed to be 1800 cm PER cord? Or 1800 cm total?

You can see each cord is looped in half on the wooden ring so basically you're only working with 9 meters of string.

1800 cm or 1800 mm?
