What are the measurements in inches?

Roughly 48x18 is 19x 7 inches 38x18 is 15 x 7 inches 31x21 is 12 x 8ish inches (8 and a quarter) 5x50 Is 2in x about 19, like just under 20in. Then she said 18 which is 7in. Last one was 15x8 which is 6x 3in
