DIY How to Flock a Christmas Wreath, Tree, or Garland

In this DIY flocked wreath tutorial, Amanda and Sherry from Grace Monroe Home show you how to use snow flocking powder to snow flock a Christmas wreath. This is so easy and you can use this same process to snow flock a Christmas tree, garland, or swag.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Snow flocking powder: amzn.to/2yyvAgB (affiliate)
Spray bottle filled with water
Christmas wreath, tree, or garland
Kitchen strainer
dust mask
gloves
*After trying it out ourselves, we highly recommend that you use a mask and gloves when doing this project, and it is best to do it outdoors because it can get messy!*

Wow - I have always wanted to try flocking a Christmas tree, but that is a bit daunting. I think I might try flocking a wreath before attempting a big tree.

I saw this done but with misting the dust as it falls instead of misting the greenery. The result was very attractive and looked much more like snow fall.

Amanda & Sherry, you ladies are awesome! Great tutorial, and thanks so much for sharing SnoFlock with everyone. Just as a quick tip, make sure you keep the sifter higher than the spray pattern of your water, otherwise the SnoFlock will clog the mesh and make it more difficult to SnoFlock. Other than that, this was great! Cant wait to see your other projects this year.

Isn't it better to spray adhesive spray instead of water to keep the snowfocking last longer and stick better

Does anyone know how durable this is from year to year??? Does it yellow? Is there fall-out? Do you have to be careful handling and storing things so all the flocking doesn’t rub off????
