The round bust measurement is the bra cup size If the round bust is 36, the bra cup size is also size 36 For a case where the person is very busty, you buy a bra cup that is 2 inches bigger than the person’s round bust measurement ( I.e if the round bust is 36, you buy bra cup size 38 because the person is busty) Note that the bra cups only comes in even numbers e.g 32, 34, 36, 38 and so on If the person’s round bust is 33 which is an old number, you buy a bra cup of size 34 because there is no bra cup of size 33 in market. Hope you understand

If you are bust use the one for a bust that is 2inch bigger than yours

You buy cup size using the person’s bust measurement You can decide to top stitch the lining and fabric together to prevent the lining from showing
