Great DIY disinfecting wipes method. Pulling that cardboard cylinder out, after cutting the paper towel roll in half, is much easier and less messy, before adding the solution. I'm also thinking, adding a bit of cleaning detergent, non-chemically reactive to bleach of course, might add an addition measure of disinfecting power. KUDOS to the author of this video for offering a method to save money, managing home economics.

You can go with to tractor supply and they have this huge container of the blue work shop paper towels that’s in a pop up container that you can mount to a wall if you want but I’m putting mine under the sink, there’s either 200 or 300 paper towels and all you have to do is quadruple the recipe and walla you got heavy duty strong Clorox wipes and you can go back to harbor freight and buy replacement rolls, it’s really great.

@jm apple Yes , this is certainly true . I appreciate your kind feedback . What are your thoughts on Hebiclense ? Specifically , do you think this product will kill bacteria and enveloped viruses for 4 to 6 hours after application ? Everyone in our home is still working , I become very fearful they will contract virus because they are grocery , medical , and refinery wokers - deemed essential ..

@jm apple thank you for your reply . Yes we are doing about the same here too .. I have the wipes in every bedroom , anyone who exists must use that wipe for their hands before existing their bedroom , that same wipe should be used to open doors , cabinets, fridge, light switch , faucets , back to their room to throw away the wipe . I am thankful my family continues to work but the down side is they are coming into contact with the general public , therefore I feel like we need to be super vigilant. I'm driving my family crazy as I await them in the garage to take their clothes off before entering the home .. Stay healthy , and do look into the hebiclense- it is used in hospitals , it kills envelope virus and states to kill the virus for four to six hours after washing hands with the product ..

@@helenelegace1323 Sounds good considering bleach is super cheap and still pretty easy to find as alcohol is almost nowhere to be found

Yes, I am also wondering about the 24 hour disinfecting window. The recipe also seems a bit off because on the bleach bottle the recipe for a gallon of food-safe cleanser is only 2 tsps!

This is what I was thinking. For this recipe it only needs 2 teaspoons per the cdc recommended dilution for disinfecting.
