Can i wind the 1400 turns without tape then add few drops of super glue or resin?

​@@Ucfhm it probobly wouldnt give a very good insulation, The reason we add electrical tape with small high voltage transformers is so it doesnt arc over or short itself. Not to mention, incase you want to say repair the transformer it would be hard to do so with such a material coating it. People do put resin to properly insulate their high voltage transformers, infact its a fantastic way of insulating it. I can say the same thing for mineral oil, or oil in general are fantastic insulators. One thing id recommend for both these suggestions is putting it through a vacuum however, This is because air bubbles can be stuck between the windings which increase the chance for internal arcing, Buuuuuuuuut idont think thatll be an issue with such a small transformer like this, generally such precautions are taken with much higher voltage transformers. How you wish to insulate your transformer is a matter of choice but as ive listed above, theres pros and cons and things to consider Hope this helps :)
