You can find blank white skulls like this at Michaels craft store. I dont know if that is where she got hers from, but I know they have skulls that are just pure white so you are able to paint/glue whatever you want on them.

It's just a superstition, it's not true at all! I put mine on the floor all the time! I just won $500 off of a dollar scratch off lotto tonight! Two months ago I won $1000! My purse is always on the floor! It's an old saying!
