For future reference. Amount for shoulder length or bra strap length hair: 75 to 100g cassia 50g amla 50g aloe vera powder 2oz jojoba oil Mix with warm to hot water to a creamy consistency. Leave in hair for 1 to 2h. Thanks for the recipe!

Hello!!! Congrats on your location. I used Cassia, amla, and aloe powders together, didn't add oil. I love it! I used sukesh and I think I need to use it with less add-ins to determine how I feel about it. But all in all, you have great products! Which l learned about from Curly Proverbz, so I have to plug her! My very, very, almost bald spots are filling in. I did cut my hair about 6W ago from past mid back to chin and my hair is already down to shoulders. I am overwhelmed by how stronger and thicket my hair is. Thank you, and CP!

Great video! Can you do a video, how to safely freeze the left-over mixture, as well as any left-over ayurvedic herb mixtures including henna, and how long is it good for in the freezer?

Hello. You can place it in the fridge for 5-7 days. Please use within 7 days of being made (if kept in the fridge). If you have any leftovers you can freezer for up to 6 months

@@Healmyheart68 Aloe powder 100g/200g, Cassia powder 200g, Amla powder 100g/200g, and 1 whole 4oz bottle of golden jojoba oil. Add enough water to make it a smooth, thick paste like yogurt consistency 😊

I'm starting in the henna world now. My hair is really dark ( black) and I used colour once a few months ago, and now henna to restore the reddish shine. The thing is that I'm thinking of bleaching my hair to get a more coppery tone. But I'm really afraid of doing it cuz I have curls. My hair is thick and healthy and I'm afraid of damaging it. my hair has grown 4 inches of natural white hair their are 16 inches then of old stained reds of really washed out indigo, so i got this orange left from all my previous henna and indigo jobs, i havent put any henna or indigo in for one year and half now, then then the ends seem dark ,, my hair looks according to myfriends terribe with the new white hair growth and grey, so ideal i would like to go in to sharp whites or blondes , but i dont wan to cut my hair, would you recommend that i bleach the orange and then use cassia and henna ? help lol

Yes, I do! I only add about a tablespoon of henna in my conditioner to keep it as a gloss.

Yes, I do this too! I freeze my leftover gloss. Thaw when I’m ready to use.

Wouldn’t recommend it as that’s a lot of processing for 1 day. When it comes to color just allow it to settle first a few days and then you can do other treatments. She answered in a group.

Hi I know you’re directing your question to hennasook but in my experience with henna, I can use this mask immediately or a week later. I rinse my henna out with straight aloe vera from the plant and coconut milk equal parts to restore hydration, this mask would be a great addition for curl restoration.

Can I use aloe jell instead of powder? Do they work differently?

Hello. Unfortunately not as the aloe Vera gel form doesn’t work well for coloring. The indigo is very fussy and ideally aloe vera powder helps it perform best

You can use heat right after application, then 1-2 hours on and off of heat as long as your hair can take it.

You can try camellia oil or any other oil that your hair likes. You don't want to use a heavy thick oil though because it may strip the color from your hair.

This happened to me after I did a henna treatment. I felt bald because my hair got so straight. Now I can only wish that my hair was kinky again.

I thought Cassia made hair darker? Will it darken my henna enhanced naturally red hair?

No cassia doesn't darken typically at all. It lightens. Make it more copper, or golden or lighter in general for henna. Indigo darkens henna.

Yes you can. Amla will counter the henna and keep your curls from being loosened. Many people are concerned about that so they use them both together in a treatment.
