This is too lovely to put away after Christmas is over and done with! I first thought that the addition of gems was going to be over the top, but it is just the right finishing touch. Brava! Simply wonderful.

You’re like the Bob Ross of snowflake blinging. Your voice is just as soothing as his was. I used to watch him, when I had migraines, and his voice soothed them away. Your voice did the same. Thank you for your tutorial. I loved watching.

The snowflake is beautiful.

Invest in a pair of curved tipped forceps (the style with the "scissor" handles not the tweezers type ) to hold and place those delicate and tiny embellishments on your projects. This prevents those glue burns, or sticky fingers and it is easier to see where the placement needs to be without fingers in the way. Hope this tip was helpful to someone. They are available from Amazon for about $5.00 or less!

I'm so glad that KZread recommended this to me (immediately after Big Tech/ Big Brother A.I "detected" my Snapchat message to my daughter that I wanted to make a few more ornaments for my tree, and I had found a few packs of those Dollar Store snowflakes and was thinking of ways to spruce them up, lol)! I have a bunch of different earth-tone metallic glitter in different textures. My tree is done in silver, gold, bronze, copper, pewter, rose gold, "chocolate" gold, and iridescents. I think these will look beautiful filling in the last few spaces on my tree. Thanks! Lovely work, yet doable for the casual crafter 👍

Hi Happybird, I don’t know your actual name, but I used to watch your videos a long time ago and then I stopped watching KZread. I really got into tv for awhile but cable cost so much I had to cancel it because I couldn’t afford groceries. So I’m back on KZread and I’m happy with that. I watch crafting videos for 5 to 8 hours a day into the night until I fall asleep. This way I have visions of crafting dancing through my dreams at night. Hmmm just found my tree topper for this year! I will make mine in shades of blue... Cornflour and baby blue.... With lots of white sparkle added! I'm making all my baubles this year and was planning on making an angel for the top... Now it's going to be this instead! Oh the sparkle! I love it! I have tons of those blingy brooch centres, and have snowflake ornaments already in silver, just need the 2 shades of blue glitter and I can make it! Gorgeous! I'll glue a napkin ring on the back of mine instead of the ribbon, so it can slide directly onto the top branch and stay in place! Glad i watched! 😊😊😊

Absolutely stunning

If a person couldn't find the snowflakes at Dollar Tree, you might be able to make them with your glue gun. You could even do the gold one on the bottom and after the glue drys just paint it metalic gold. Just a thought. Beautiful ornaments!

I really like these, thanks for showing your process. Thanks for the tip on glue layering, also. I like that a lot! The E6000 takes awhile to dry and the hot glue would dry right away so it's a perfect way to attach something like this.
