Yes, a lot of DYI Wrong but inspectors need to understand what code they are inspecting under. As an example; not that long ago, you were permitted to use NM (Romex) unprotected in a garage or there was a time where GFCI were limited to bathrooms and kitchen sinks.

Yeah this one wouldnt stop me from purchasing, really easy stuff to fix. The Dryer vent isnt working fine though you wouldnt want to just leave it like that.
