Who wants to partyyyy?!?!?! Today we're showing you how to make an adorable glitter party hat for birthdays, new years, bachelorette parties, baby showers, and more! We carry all the supplies you'll need!
Directions:
1. Unfold and trace a party hat onto the back of a glitter fabric sheet.
2. Cut along the line with sharp scissors.
3. Apply hot glue to seam of another assembled party hat.
4. Continue to glue and press glitter sheet firmly in place along the hat.
5. Trim paper party hat along the glitter sheet border and cut off elastic string.
6. Measure the amount of skinny elastic you need and trim to desired length. Glue ends onto either side of the inside of the hat.
7. Remove the backing of a felt circle and apply glue. Place over the end of the skinny elastic and press firmly.
8. Apply glue to your tulle puff flowers and press them firmly onto the top point of the hat.
9. Apply glue to the remaining flowers and place them where desired on the hat.
10. All done!! :)
