    I think that the lighter you built is better than most store-bought lighters. I have never seen an ultrasonic lighter though. I have several piezo-electric mist makers that I don't know what to do with, and now I think I do. I'll probably use a standard lighter coil generator though for the spark. Absolutely amazing

    See the videos showing the resurfacing of headlight lens bezels, even yellowed and pitted ones, and other types of plastic susceptible to UV damage, by passing over the surface with a slow “jet” of acetone FUMES. (NOT liquid acetone) …Not too many devices can stand up to acetone exposure on such a scale without igniting, or being softened, distorted, or dissolved… this looks like it might work well for that …

    hi, great project and i am interested in building it, can you share what you used as sealant on the sponge and disk to prevend flamable liquid just dripping out when refilling? how did you prevent the resin from soaking into potentiometer and into usb port at the end where you filled it up?

  • @PenguinDIY

    @PenguinDIY

    Жыл бұрын

    I have shared everything I could in the video. I had previously insulated all the parts and ports with glue, and I had insulated the potentiometer with silicone glue so that the epoxy resin would not penetrate into the parts.
