I also really like that these DIYs are getting more interesting and advanced because it keeps me excited and it’s nice seeing new things

I, myself, have not done woodworking like that, but I have been fascinated with it since I was a young girl. My first stepfather’s dad was a carpenter & he had his own shop. I LOVED going in there, watching him, the smell & he even let me go into the front & pretend to be his secretary at his desk. I was probably all of about 6-8 yrs old & this was early 60’s.

I absolutely love all the projects. They look like quality IKEA pieces that are even more affordable. This really makes me wanna try to create some of my own

I'm impressed! These are great projects that look great and are cost-conscious. I might actually try one of these. The bookshelf is a better price than anything you can find even on FB marketplace and is way more sturdy than Ikea or Sauder stuff! Good job!

I think your next power tool should be an electric sander, they’re so so much easier than just the paper on its own!

I have a little palm sander that’s not very good. Do you have a recommendation for an electric sander? I keep seeing stuff on orbital and belt and one other I can’t remember. I have no idea which would be the most versatile.

I am 63 years old and just learned how to use the miter saw. It is so fun and now I have some great ideas of items to make. The bookshelf was my favorite as well.

For someone like me who lives two hours away from the nearest and only IKEA in the state, stuff like this (and yes, I follow Rachel Metz too!) is phenomenal. I'm hoping once I have my own space and I can access my own tools (because I am NOT touching my dad's) I can work on my own furniture my own space.

Am I the only one that loves this types of videos and stuff, like Lone is the best!!

Hey Drew! Would love a DIY of using natural products for dyes - like teabags on fabric etc ☺️

@Rulya Mórrigan Ard Mhacha he’s one of my favorites (of about 3 or 4) and it’s a combo of his ideas and his lovable personality. He’s had the same roommate for several years which I view as a sign that he’s a good guy in person also.

Great projects! Love the bookcase. Get yourself a countersink drill bit. It drills a space for the screw head, along with a hole. It makes it easier to fill with putty because the screw head is recessed.

I love the wall mounted shelf. This is practical for spaces short on space. I can see it in an entryway or a tiny kitchen or bathroom with a bare wall but not much room to put anything.

Your shirt and your bedding! Sometimes I can't handle how cute you are! 💙 And all 3 projects are awesome!

For small 'easier' projects I am loving the plant stand, as I am looking for wider and taller plant stands at the mo and you make this so affordable, doable and it looks great. I like the colour coords of black and espresso of the wall shelf too. Thought it might be a bit precarious but looks sturdy enough. Well done and thanks for always inspiring me and making me smile when your videos pop up 😁

I do not, too old to start now, but I love watching you create such beautiful things for the home. Your personality is just wonderful, uplifting and contagious!
