before you make the candle wax, put the jar in the freezer so the sprinkles can harden and it won't mix with the wax.

Hmm... you could make a flour-water mix to make a sort of dough-y substance and use a very thin layer over the sprinkles to keep them secured without leaking colour very much, then pour wax in?

I would glue some kind of cupcake liner or ribbon to the bottom to hide the muddy sprinkles. I'm thinking also maybe some actual plastic beads that look like sprinkles could have been used instead since it's not something anyone is going to eat. Just a few suggestions for anyone actually wanting to make this. :)

I did this at home and to prevent that from happening you have to let the wax cool of for a bit

I would paint the bottom of the jar once its done to look like cute cupcake paper to cover up the gross colored sprinkles. Then it looks kinda like a cupcake :D

Could you spray the whole inside of the jar (so it covers the sprinkles) with a sealant. If you can then it probably won't spread and make a mess

You could cover the bottom 'muddy' part with a cupcake paper tin thingy lol

You could easily wrap a cute Rubin around the bottom 😊😍🎀 But I loved this episode!

What I found out, is that you have to leave the candle out to dry- not put it in the freezer. Basically, the freezer is the devil in this craft 😂😂

It's a DIY for me! Awesome job!

Use the hot-glue on the metal part of the wick itself, or better yet, there are "sticky tabs" made especially for that. Then place it in the jar with a straw for accurate targeting of the middle. Never put your candles in the freezer. Let them cool at room temperature. This will also help keep it from "frosting" if it is soy or concaving if it is paraffin. Also, the reason why the colors "bleed" at the bottom was because the wax was too hot. It was too hot because you used the microwave and you also didn't let it cool enough before pouring. Always us a double-boiler on the stove. You pour soy when it is cool enough to start getting a film, usually between 105-115 degrees Fahrenheit. Use a candy thermometer. Also, you should always let them set 24-48 hours first before lighting, it will enhance the "throw" (smell distance) if you do. Your nails are cute, though.

I would recommend putting the sprinkles on a flat baking sheet covered in saran-wrap and coating the sprinkles with hairspray first so the colors don't bleed like so

you need to do more diy or di-don't i love them!!!!!!

It looks more like a gradient. It's fine, don't worry. If it really bothers you take some Kraft burlap ribbon, like a thick one and wrap it around the bottom, and fold it into a bow. Now that I'm thinking about it, that would be super cute!

If you want to prevent the sprinkles from bleeding then, use glue in place of the oil and then when it's dry put another layer of glue over the sprinkles😋☺️👏🏼👊🏼😱👌🏼🙌🏼🍰🍩🍨
