This DIY Fringe Wall is one of my favorite party backdrops to make. It’s inexpensive (less than $40) & super simple to customize using plastic table covers. You can use as many color combinations as you like to match your party theme.

Party City has buy 4 rectangular tablecloths for $5 special everyday..
So pretty! It seems like once the cutting is done the rest is pretty easy. What type of tape did you use to attach the base/wrapping paper to your wall?

Thank you so much. Yes, the cutting is the most time-consuming step. It goes by much quicker with an extra hand to help. I just used regular Scotch packing tape.
