Rubbing ice also helps with pimples but as she said its according to how your skin takes it..but rubbing ice has benefits for the skin e.g reduce puffiness or redness or swelling of pimples/bumps

Ipe is right we have different skin types. Some have oily skin, dry skin ,acne prone skin and they all go with different products and some ingredients you have to look for in those products I hope one day she does that research for you guys 😉
