Thank you for the color inspiration, blue and copper. My plan was white veined marble on my countertop because of the barnwood colors but couldn't resist adding those two colors into the mix after watching your video. End result more of a faux quarzite. I love it and couldn't have done it without all your wonderful training videos. Testimonial: My only regret is that I used another brand of table top epoxy I had leftover from art projects but it was only a 24" x 30" counter. 30 minute working time is not enough to pull off Stonecoat's magic. It was setting up before I could manipulate those bubbles. I've been watching your videos for years, I knew better. Next project, bathroom counter, I'll use Stonecoat epoxy and your epoxy trowel stick. After my first epoxy counter experience, that tool will be a must have. Thanks again for all the training and inspiration. Can't wait to use your epoxy on my next project. I've got this!!!

Dude! I'm a gal who loves shopping for tools more than clothes. Home improvement is the best. Your videos have inspired me beyond belief. Second time this week I've almost been late for work because your videos are so incredible lol! I really want to use the expoxy resin method to transform my laminate kitchen counter tops into a quartz design of beautiful shades of pink (it's a girl thing) with strips of teal and gold running through it. It will be my house forever so I'm not worried about how these colors may impact resale values. I'd like to know what colors(s) you would suggest for the cabinets. I'm not opposed to antiquing them but I don't want overkill concerning the color schemes. My goal is to then have bamboo flooring installed. Another something to consider color-wise. Thank you! I hope to hear from you. Gotta go...or I'll be late for work lol!

I really like watching the process but wish you didn't do them like cheap and cheesy infomercials. You are more on production than needed and getting less connection with the audience than you could just being natural.. The whole reason the maker video genre on you-tube has taken off is because we dont like the fake excitement. I have also been to your website, please put up more technical info on the actual epoxies, their formulas and properties. I dont see anything there that could actually be submitted to an architect or engineer for review. Even if your intended audience is the "home owner" most people dont do a renovation without some outside support.

Or do you recommend keeping environment warm with no a/c ventilation or humidity control? Is the set-up time dramatically faster for environments like a garage or shed? Great video thank you! Very cool indeed. For a garage floor, epoxying would be great. This is great too - but the floor could just as well have been covered with vinyl plank flooring and been perfectly great looking for a lot less work. But - this is of course absolutely unique in the world, nobody has this exact floor, so that's another very cool factor. Resin can do a lot of cool stuff, I need to do some projects. Perhaps not a room right away...

My only experience with 2 part epoxy (paint) was doing the inside of an inground pool surface, and then the pool deck. It was crazy slippery to walk on if there was ANY moisture present to apply subsequent coats after each coat dried, both in the pool and on the deck. I figured the pool didn't matter since it was going to be underwater to begin with. But the deck... I had to add a couple of additional coats to the deck with some shark-grip added to it. How slippery/safe to walk on is an epoxy floor if something gets dripped on it, or you come in with wet feet/shoes? I would think adding a slip resistant additive would ruin the "glass like" illusion.
