I have this punch board. I make the boxes a lot for holiday charities. I put the small edge inside, so I dont have a visible seam. I use the bottom edge of my bone folder to press it down inside. I prefer the tape for these too. So easy, and, so much faster. I use lovely holiday related light weight card stock, or, paper, and, tie them with either twine or ribbon, but, I never though about bringing out the boxes. I put a flavored chapstick, and a few candies in them, since, they are for holiday charities. I love, love, the added decorations. Thank you. ❤

Really pretty project. Just a tip. You can put the double sided tape on the opposite side you put it on ane place it under the joining cardboard, so you have 4 smooth sides.

I have the older one. The blackish one with the purple punch button. Haven't tried it yet. But it looks just like the one you have. Just different colors. Love the video now i will have to try mine.

Yes, the punch boards are the same. It was a color change for branding purposes... all the old punch boards have been changed over to the white and mint color scheme.

If you have their envelope punch board you can make these with that too. KZread has tutorials for them.

Why wouldn't you put the little piece so its on the inside of the box? That way there is no ridge on the any of the outside surfaces.
