I know this was a bit of an experiment, Ana, but some really smart ideas behind it. I can imagine a scaled-down version using 1xs instead of the 2x4s for a lighter application, and I think the approach might also work for a multi-level piece with vertically stacked drawers. And I love the drawer face trick - I’m definitely going to steal that. Also love the family and artsy shots - nicely done.

Ana, I am so greatful for your videos. You gave me courage to create this 24" deep x 48" wide bench. We remodeled our bathroom by transforming our tub into a walk in shower. We removed the small old shower stall which left a space where we created this nook. The drawers are our new laundry "baskets." We also added board and batten in the rest of the bathroom. Everyone loves the design and I have you to thank. Many blessings to you and your family. I posted this along with my pictures on your website's Brags section on 8/30/22 under "Easiest 2x4 Drawer Bench." Thank you again, Alice

Hi Ana, love the design, will do similar when building a 960mm (39") internal chest of drawers for my wardrobe/closet build. Been following you for over 1 year and I am constantly inspired to do more. I have plenty of 2x4's, so the cost will be minimal and similar drawer runners/members. Thank you so much for your plans and inspiration. I extended it to a dresser. It’s 72” wide and 36” high and 24” deep, with 6 drawers. Each drawer box is 32x23.5x7.5” I am still building it and currently feel overwhelmed. I not only dared to make dresser but making 2 at the same time and please be aware that this is my first time making any furniture and first time using nail guns, routers, spray paint gun etc. Already burned $1000 in materials but hoping something great comes out of it. One thing I would say is that folks should buy the highest quality premium 2x4 for this build.

We bought that same Kreg saw guide to cut 4x8 sheets of 1/4 in plywood into planks to make a faux shiplap wall. It works great!

Great builds and idea's you two come up with.
This is awesome, great job!! Love it and hope to do something similar. Great job to you both!
Love this idea! I'm making the bench using the free plans but they aren't the same as what I observed viewing the video so now I have to improvise because I made mine with the plans from the site.
You are a genius!!!! I'm going to use this concept to finally build the window seat in my music room.

You bet!
Thanks for not having the background music loud. So many others have the music so loud it's hard to concentrate on what they're saying. Not you. I hear you clearly and learn so much better. Please don't change your format. Great ThAnks
