I'm planning to try putting an elastic around my ribs and the lower layer and then make a casing out of bias tape to hold the elastic and keep it secure. I'll add an extra couple of cm to account for any shortening that might happen.

Simply to understand! It is the neck of shirt, front neck is lower than back neck. If you don't believe, check up with your shirt that you wear.

I think that’s to make the back neckline higher than the front cause that’s how normal shirts are
