I love watching these but I never do them because my dollar store sucks! If you guys ever come down to America, can you PLEASE do a dollar store DIY? It's gonna be a lot tougher but I would LOVE to see what guys can create!

I really liked both of these. If I have to pick a winner, I'd go with the hanging lamp.

Those hooks that Becky added to the frames made that diy more unique. I love it!! everyone has seen turning picture frames into dry earase boards.. super easy but hanging it up like that just made it 10x better!!!! Also WHO TF makes a light outof a bowl!?!? thats hillariously genious!!! I love you guys!!!❤️😍😁😘

I like the lamp because you can hang it with Command Strip plastic clip hooks from a ceiling with out damage and no need for a night stand.

Ive seen what Becky did all over Pintrest... Kelsey's was so unique so she gets my vote

I love how creative and unexpected kelsy did.. very in expensive lamp..

watching kelsey easily drill through that bowl when i had the same one and struggled through it for a final project i had in my design class was like that "what could've been" moment if i actually had the right tools

I think Becky wins because while the lamp was creative, but the night light doesnt provide enough light to make the lamp functionally work, as you could buy an actual lamp for the same price - but, had you bought a super cheap lamp de-assembled it and did it that way rather than an extension cord and a night light so you could put a bright enough bulb in it. If you wanted to use the extension cord so badly, a cell phone caddy for your night stand may have worked better :) although, becky kind of defeated the purpose of buying the see through frames by covering it with paper, she could have bought them cheaper if doing that idea

That DIY is really useful and cute tho! Just to suggest, can you make a DIY from used make up product? You know what I mean, when you have finish using like makeup remover bottle, maybe u can made up something from that makeup remover bottle. Also compact powder, cant just throw it away, maybe u both can come out an idea and made something from it.

I love that you both ended up unintentionally color coordinating your final projects with the pretty coral/pink :)

Projects for micro spaces are always good. Not just because dorm living. so many of us live in small city apartments or smaller homes. Great ideas!

The lamp was a good idea and very cute but the daily/weekly/monthly organizer was super cute unique and functional

definitely Kelsey. The idea was really genius. Also a lamp would be the more expensive purchase so in reality Kelsey's DIY would save money.

I love Becky's idea for a mom with kids. The alphabet letters can spell the kid's name and you can use their boards to write down their chores and things they need to get done

XxKittyLoverXx Um not in Canada. The base price is $1.25 for most items, though some things like candy or clearance are $1. And tax rates here differ from province to province. Here in Ontario, where the Girls are based, tax is 13%, so the average Dollar Tree item costs $1.41 CAD.
