I know this was posted 2 yrs ago and I dunno how did I miss trying this out for so long! 😅 But I thought I would leave my experience with you and for others too. On using this, I definitely noticed that my hair was super soft and my ends were less dry than usual. Also there was a noticeable shine in my hair. It didn't weigh my hair down at all. And the effects lasted for the next 2 days. So I am absolutely gonna continue using this once a week for the best results and to repair my hair. I've dry, fine and wavy hair btw. Thanks so much for this DIY 😍

I am doing the carrot challenge that you did nov.2,015 . I didn’t know about this till now . I’m using Using a carrot hair mask by yes to carrot s .Also eating 2 carrots a day . Today I over did it with carrot juice . There is about 39 carrots in this carrot juice . It was a pretty big bottle.And a yes to carrots face mask. I am detoxifying my - self.

is it normal if the avocado pieces stay in your hair ? i washed it twice but it still has some stuck. or it might be dandruff. i applied it on my scalp and idk if it made it worst. i left it on for an 1 and it dried up my hair, but the stiffness washed off in the shower. i mashed up the avocado by hand so it’s probably why i had of bunch of pieces. it’s probably my fault since i also didn’t cover my hair with anything. i had to go outside so that’s how my hair dried up. idk but i’m gonna try to wash it one more time and hopefully all the pieces come out

If a curled hair person tried this, is this will be the same results and will it stay likes this for a month or longer because I want to stop using heat on my hair so please tell

zainab riaz , my hair does this too. I think it is just genetics for some of us. In the hair boards, it seems fairly common and those women take amazing care of their hair. They even have a name for it : Fairytale Ends. So please don't be discouraged. It is totally normal and beautiful. :)

That’s actually really normal, I get that too, what helps is to cut off ends like every 2nd months and not use heat, masks also helps alot and eating healthy and taking multivitamins❤️ Keren’s ends are so thick and beautiful, my ends are a little thin because I have added layers and had to thin them out😂
